All donations above the cost of goods and services received are tax deductible!!! All promotional materials are to be provided by sponsor no later than ten days prior to the event. Payment for sponsorships must be received in full prior to event.  Sommelier Society and Reserve List sponsors must complete payment prior to printing of posters and t-shirts, approximately one month prior to event.
