This is Ben! Ben is a very large cat. Many theorize that he is actually an ocelot. Ben, however, would disagree as he thinks he is a dog. Need proof? He chases his tail, is extremely attached (often literally) to his owner, and loves to play fetch. This is probably because he was rescued as a kitten by the current president of the SPCA board, Carrie Diorio. While she was finding Ben a permanent home, he was raised by one of Carrie's cats, Mr. Nibbles, who in turn was raised by dogs... he picked up acting human from his sister, Lia. As you can see from the pictures, Ben does have the curiosity of a cat and loves to explore anything and everything. Ben is a very sweet and loving cat, and never explores too long before reporting back to his owners to tell them about his adventures! |
